:Welcome to a day in the life of a distance tutoring coordinator!

Lydia: “Hi friends, my name is Lydia and I am a Sr. Distance Tutoring Coordinator with èAV Seattle! I am super excited to be taking over the Instagram page today, and I get to show you what my day looks like, and give you a little glimpse of what goes onbehind the scenes. Throughout the day I am going to be posting pictures, videos, some polls, and some Q&A opportunities. I hope you follow along, I hope you enjoy it, and I am looking forward to sharing with you today!”

Lydia: “So, my first tutoring session is about to start, and I am going to check in with my tutors for their prep time to see if they have any questions. I am also going to be asking my tutors and students today, “What’s your favorite thing about èAV?”

Lydia: “Okay, Annemarie, what’s your favorite thing about èAV?” Tutor: “My favorite thing about èAV is the community; the community of volunteers, the community of staff, the board, and the studentsand teachers – everyone that is involved in making èAV a success is so passionate and so caring and kind. It has been a highlight of my year, being able to participate in èAV!”

Tutor: “My favorite thing about èAV is being able to get to know each of my students and their unique interests and tie that into our lessons!”
